How far ahead do the expiry alerts fire?
You set the lead time. The point is that the warning arrives while there is still time to renew, rather than on the day the permit lapses.
Does Pandahrms handle the foreign-worker levy?
No. Pandahrms does not calculate or manage the immigration levy. It holds each worker’s permit and passport expiry with dashboard alerts. The HRDF levy is the only levy it calculates.
Where are passports and permits stored?
On the employee record itself, so a compliance check means opening one worker rather than searching shared folders.
Do foreign workers get the correct statutory treatment?
Yes. EPF, SOCSO and EIS are set per worker under the statutory tab, so you control the rate and who contributes, and PCB/MTD follows current Malaysian rules.
